I made you look! Well I am actually a librarian but I don't wear pencil skirts or shush people. I'm 25 years old, mature emotionally, quiet, employed and studying for my masters degree. I don't like the word hipster but i do like Silverlake and vintage clothes, artwalk, microbrews etc. I do not care what color you are or what your sexual orientation is.

I need a new place by June 1st. I do not drink or smoke at home and am out of the house enough not to bug you. I can pay the rent. Though I am unconventional I am not chaotic and love peaceful, functional environments. I come with some nice pieces of furniture and a dog. Please read the entire ad before responding. 1)Chihuahua friendly (not just tolerant but friendly).

2)Under 900 dollars a month.

3)In a quiet neighborhood on the eastside of town but not the valley and not east of Pasadena.

4)Only one roommate (female) if not a single/studio.

5)Not in a giant, manufactured cookie cutter development.

6)Clean! Simple. Loft-like, tasteful, spare.

7)It will not be rented room but a home with my belongings furnishing the whole house.

I figure there are thousands of young/youngish people with like minds who need to split rent in this city. I just need to find the right fit.
